how does it work?

At the beginning of each session, I will give us a "kick-off" thought or direction. And then I will hand over the session to you for Q&A. You can use this time to bring up a question, or get coaching on challenge or opportunity you are facing.

In each of our sessions the focus will be to harness the power of insights by exploring the nature of mind, thought and consciousness in the various topics that come up in our discussion.

This exploration will catalyze a shift in your perspective that will change the way you approach these topics in your day to day life. They might be BIG "Ah-Ha's" but most of the time they will be quiet realizations that sound like "Oh's" and "Hhmm's".

Over time, these micro shifts and realizations will create a momentum that accelerates your personal and spiritual evolution, in turn this will lead to a life that feels more rewarding, rich and fulfilling.
