Today I had the pleasure of spending a morning and afternoon with some truly inspiring and high performing individuals. These individuals are a part of a group called "ITL" which is a business fraternity dedicated to service, impact and growth in various sectors. ⚡
Each person brought to the table their own unique gifts, mission, energy and impact. 🥇
I noticed an ease and grace that seemed to flow through the members when they shared about their impact. Even deeper, I could feel the love expressed through their words when they talked about how they were serving and what they were creating in the world. ❤️
And then I slowed down for a moment. And the thought came to me... "Power Vs Force".
I'm reminded that in whatever you do, you can create at different levels - and your experience will be entirely different. 🎯
When you are forcing things to happen, pushing against the grain, trying to plant business opportunities in the dead of winter of your business season, trying to swim upstream, it will feel tiresome - and this heaviness can be felt by those around you.💥
And then there is Power. When you are resting in your peace, love and natural well-being - whatever you create is right time / right place - because you intuitively know what to do, who to talk to, where to go, what to decide and what to leave alone. 💥
Just for today, I'd like to invite you to just notice what feels "forced" for you right now? And what feels like like "Flow" for you right now? ✌🏻
