Coaching Methodology
Principles Based / Three Principles

Principles Based coaching is based on pointing people to see and understand the principles behind the human experience. The three principles are Mind, Consciousness and Thought. It was first introduced to the world by Sydney Banks. He was a Scottish mystic who had a profound spiritual experience that revealed to him the foundation of all human experience.
When you understand the principles behind the human experience, your experience of life becomes easier to navigate.
When you can see where your experience is coming from, you are less afraid of your experience. You naturally slow down and begin to listen to and live from your inner wisdom.
This fundamental paradigm shift allows you to re-create your relationship to life, business, work and relationships in a way that works for you not against you .

To me, the inside out approach is connecting to a deeper part of the mind that allows an incredible creative potential to come forward and express itself in everything people do.
When you are in touch with that part of yourself, you are amazing – wise, powerful, filled with love and creatively engaged with life. You have a twinkle in your eye, compassion in your heart, and a sense of expansive possibility in your mind.
